What is an Electronic cigarette?
An electronic cigarette is an electronic device that vaporizes nicotine into a steam that allows the users to get the nicotine they crave while not consuming all the carcinogens contained in a tobacco cigarette.
How does it work?
The electronic cigarette vaporizes the nicotine in the cartridge and turns it into steam, which is then inhaled. The lungs absorb the nicotine into the blood stream, and exhaled steam dissipates into the air without the smell of a normal tobacco cigarette.

The electronic cigarette cartridge contains water, propylene glycol and nicotine.
What is propylene glycol?
Propylene glycol is an organic compound that is used in flavoring, food additive, medicines, and food coloring. The FDA recognizes it as generally safe.
How long will an electronic cigarette cartridge last?
One electronic cigarette cartridge will last around 15-20 cigarettes depending on the individual's use.
How do I know when the cartridge is empty?
When taking a puff from the electronic cigarette you will notice a great decrease in the amount of steam that you exhale.
Do you need to turn on the electronic cigarette?
No, the electronic cigarette will turn on once you begin to puff from the tip and will turn off once you stop.
How long does the battery last?
The battery will hold a charge for up to two full cartridges, which is equal to almost two packs of traditional cigarettes.
How long does it take to charge a battery?
About an hour; usually less. It’s easy to tell once it’s finished because of the indicator lamp on the charger: red means charging, green means charged.
How do I know if the battery is dead?
The LED on the tip of the electronic cigarette will blink every time you try to take a puff. It will also blink if you inhale for more than ten seconds. This is a safety feature on the electronic cigarette.
What does an e-cigarette taste like?
The taste depends on the flavor of the cartridge you purchase.
What does it smell like?
The e-cigarette doesn'’t have any smell!
Can I use this in public places?
Technically, yes. The e-cigarette contains no tobacco and requires no flame so under most state laws it does not fall under the no-smoking rule/smoking ban. However because of its looks and the vapor you exhale, it’s a good idea to explain to management what the product is and why it’s legal.
Is there any maintenance or cleaning needed?
Other then replacing empty cartridges and charging the battery, No!
Can anyone use the electronic cigarette?
The e-cigarette is not for everyone. As sellers we feel the product is safe, but people under the legal smoking age should not use the electronic cigarette. Also anyone who is a non-smoker, people with health issues such as high blood pressure or asthma, and pregnant or breast-feeding women should not use the electronic cigarette unless they consult a physician and get the OK.
Is there a warranty?
We will replace any broken part within 6 months of the purchase provided it was not lost or misused. All shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. *No refunds; replacement only*
What do I need to start?
Just the starter kit. The kit includes everything you need-2 batteries, 1 atomizer, 5 cartridges (2 high 1 med 1 low 1 no) and a charger.
Will the electronic cigarette help me quit smoking?
The e-cigarette is only a substitute to smoking; it is not a smoking-cessation device. It is merely a healthier alternative to traditional smoking.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Unopened products receive a full refund (excluding shipping fees) and opened unused items receive a 70% refund (excluding shipping fees).
Are there any differences in shipping UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service)?
Yes:
1. UPS – includes $100 in shipping insurance and you will also be e-mailed a tracking number once the package has been shipped.
2. USPS – has no insurance or tracking, and at this time is not an option at an extra cost.
Once the a package has been shipped, the deliver is no longer our responsibility. All claims must be taken up with the postal carrier that you have chosen for the delivery of your product.
